Our current mission is to support the not-for-profit landscape of both Port Angeles and Sequim here on the Olympic Peninsula. We help newer folks focusing on charitable work to form their own not-for-profits, with their own missions.

That is, we serve as an incubator for new projects and new works in the face of an American culture that is less and less welcoming to those underserved by the current political and financial structures.

How? We lend our technical advice and financial support to new start-ups by doing their initial paperwork such as filing incorporation documents and paying initial fees.

We do not offer legal assistance, but know that finding the time to incorporate when there is also direct work to be done and no funds to do that work can be difficult. That's where we can come in and consult with what will become the new board of directors.
